Corporate History Filix China Holdings Limited is established in 1996, mainly produce high quality and stable cover Lycra® yarns. With steady development during the past ten years, not only the production technology has hastened skillfully, but also five holding companies has been set up in China mainland, HK and Macau in order to ascends global first-class textile enterprise.   In 1995 Covered yarn plant Shanghai Leader Specific-silk Co., Ltd. & Victory Trend Development Co., Ltd. are opened in Shanghai and HK to provide high quality covered yarn.   In 1997 probing and developing market with France famous covered yarn producer Filix s.a. which establishes a firm base for globalized sales and service.   In 2002 purchased Huzhou Dyeing Plant and set up Huzhou Libiao Dyeing Co., Ltd. and devoted to dyeing production of cotton, wool, silk, ramie and cashmere, speeding up our expansion and service improving in textile field.   In 2002 a new Joint Venture with France leading spandex covered yarn manufacturer Filix s.a. Shanghai Filix Specific-silk Co., Ltd. established in Shanghai to provide full range covered yarn products.   In 2003 For the preparation to become a globalized enterprise, Filix Macao Commercial Offshore Enterprises Ltd. has been established in Macau in order to develop new market and service expansion.
